Baker Project Consulting, LLC provides high quality project management and owner’s representative services for the hospitality industry. Mr. Baker has worked in many markets in the US including luxury hotels, limited-service properties, restaurants, and gourmet grocery stores.
Mr. Baker has managed over 200 construction, conversion, and renovation projects in his 20 plus years of experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Baker has had the responsibilities of being the owner’s representative, a project manager, and a contractor. This experience provides a clear understanding of capabilities and objectives of all stakeholders and participants during a project's life cycle. He evaluates every project’s budget, design and intended outcome. He provides significant solutions that produce maximum impact during the life of the project.
Mr. Baker has a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects while providing well-defined schedules and budgets. This expertise is the foundation of Baker Project Consulting’s approach to projects either large or small. Mr. Baker brings practical experience and value to every client request.
Prior to forming Baker Project Consulting, Mr. Baker was a Vice President with Claris Services Corporation and previously a Director with the Architecture and Construction Division of Marriott International.
